Why are shipping costs so high?

The shipping costs are “actual costs” calculated at checkout based on size of package and destination.   Buddeez does not markup shipping fees.  Alternatives to ordering a replacement part can be found at many of our retail partners on our Where to Buy page.

Where can I purchase complete units?

We don't sell direct to consumers. However, check what retailers carry our products on our Where to Buy page.

How do I identify my product?

Use the part titles, photos, and dimensions to help identify your product. Each product has a 3 digit item number at the bottom of the dispenser (older products might not have this). These numbers appear at the beginning of each title. 

What if I don't see the part I need?

If you are unable to find the part you need replaced, please use the Contact Us form and describe your product and part in detail. We will reply within 48 hours M-F.
